Higher vocational education is an indispensable and important part of our country's higher education,and it plays a decisive role in promoting the economic development of our country,strengthening labor employment and promoting social progress.Therefore,the main object of testing the education quality is the higher vocational college students,The higher vocational colleges students' learning situation are also getting more and more attention of society.learning burnout is a new field in the study of burnout,It is a very important indicator to check the modern students' learning situation,It is one of the hot topics in the study of management disciplines and other psychology education.The current research objects are more relative to the undergraduate college students learning burnout and junior high school students`,while the higher vocational college students' learning burnout is relatively little.This study,based on the characteristics of higher vocational colleges and vocational college students,the literature research and certain theoretical basis,adopting the method of data analysis and questionnaire survey,investigates some higher vocational college students` learning burnout situations in shaanxi province in order to put forward the improvement of higher vocational college students' learning burnout,arouse the enthusiasm of higher vocational college students' learning.This study research introduces the meaning and research background of the thesis and defines the relevant theoretical concepts and makes a review on domestic and foreign research.The first part of the main contents is the investigation of the status quo of the higher vocational college students.The author uses Zhang Dingxiang`s "College students' learning burnout origin questionnaire" and Lian editor`s "College students` learning burnout" to conduct the survey for the selected students and follows the statistical and digital input statistics by use of”College students learning burnout psychology measurement system.The second is to analysis influencing factors in higher vocational colleges learning burnout,according to the results of survey statistics the detailed analysis of the influence factors is carried on and makes a summary.Found in the study,learning burnout of vocational students has serious situations,and burnout of vocational students is at moderate level.Different specialized students` burnout degrees differ,there is also a natural difference in their distribution of burnout factors.All aspects of factors seriously affect the students` learning burnout.The third,according to result of the burnout survey and analysis of influencing factors,some reasonable suggestions and measures are put forward to change the learning burnout of the vocational college students from the aspects of society,family,school,profession and individual.And last but not the least,the paper does a summary of the insufficiency and the conclusion in the study of this subject and point out the future direction of the research.
