| Badminton sport is deeply loved by people in Xiamen.Badminton has become one of the main forms of fitness for Xiamen people.Workers in enterprises and institutions are the main force of badminton sport in Xiamen.For years,Badminton game has become a traditional competition project for some of the enterprises in Xiamen.More and more competitions are held among their workers,which,with certain continuity,has become a trend.In other words,badminton sport has become a special sports item of enterprises'sports contests in Xiamen.However,few studies have been made on the sustainable development of sports competitions with local features.While only one or two scholars have made conceptual explanation for the the function and significance of this kind of competition.They studied how these competitions influence the enterprise,and what pattern might be for the competitions.This paper mainly studies the background and present situation of the badminton competitions among Xiamen's enterprise workers,and tries to find out the problems in it,meanwhile,seek for sustainable development for this competition,which may provide certain reference value for the future development of it.It may also provide important reference value for the development of badminton competition,other projects as well,among enterprise workers in other regions.In order to promote the sustainable development of badminton competition among enterprise workers,this paper adopts literature,expert interviews,case studies,questionnaires,mathematical statistics,logical reasoning as research methods,analyzing the development background and present situation of enterprise workers' badminton tournament.From the perspective of sustainable development,through the analysis of the survival environment,current situation and influencing factors of badminton game,this paper draws to the conclusion and throws out some suggestions which are as follows:(1)With a long history,growing scale and increasing influence,Xiamen enterprise workers' badminton game is making its progress towards maturity.Constructing a badminton culture with local characteristics will help to promote the sustainable development of Xiamen's enterprise workers' badminton sport.(2)Enterprises attaching more importance to the game,more and more workers getting interested in it and forming a more professional judge group,all of which make Xiamen a sustainable environment for the development of this activity.(3)The current situation of the development of Xiamen enterprise workers'badminton match is conducive to a sustainable development,but still,there are problems.1.There is no unified standards set for these badminton competitions,' and the composition of judge group is not reasonable.2.An unbalanced development of the badminton competitions exists between different regions within the city.There is still much space for non-central parts of the city to develop this game.3.Limited publicity has been given on these events,which leads to a poor effect.(4)Xiamen enterprise workers' badminton match will not reaach its sustainable development without the gonvernment' support,especially for patrs like the organizationand site selection of the match,as well as the training for the players and judges and their promotions.Suggestions:(1)To establish a scientific concept of development,the government should provide policy and capital support,as well as human resources for the development of Xiamen enterprise workers' badminton game.(2)To Save money,enterprises should take advantage of all resources to proceed the event(3)Integrate the referee resources,and format a reasonable structure for judge group.Get them trained before the game,directed during the match,and do summary after the game,improve their professional level as much as possible.Provide a platform for the development of these judges and chances for their promotion.(4)Make use the internet hence increase the coverage of the media. |
