Sports field is the basic material condition for the development of sports industry like social sports,competitive sports and physical education,as well as an important part in high college infrastructure.The education system is changing with the growth of the society.The changes that the reasonable integration of sources of sports field,especially the efficient utility of the ones in hand,are aimed to achieve the share of sports resource,which involve the PE programs,extracurricular activities,high college sports promotion and keep-fit demand from the public.Methods of the literature,interview survey,questionnaire,analysis&comparison,mathematical statistics and logical analysis are used in the study of the resource allocation and the open access status of sports field in high colleges,Fujian.The study classifies the high colleges into two groups,colleges and vocational schools,that is,excellentprovince-built college,ordinary college and private-own college,province-own vocational school and private-own vocational school.The study compares the resource allocation in quantity,size,investment and classification,followed by the analysis in terms of Ordinary University Stadium Facilities and Equipment Catalogue.It concludes as the followings:1.The resource allocation is in short,far behind the requirement of the Catalogue.2.Except the excellent province-built colleges,the source of the fund for the sports field is narrow.3.The open access status of sports field is not optimistic,70.75%of all have no open access.Only 19.24%are open around the clock.4.The management mode is monotonous,the majority of colleges using unified autonomous management.5.The factors that the lack of professionals,administrative funds and the new management modes,affect the open utility status of the sports field among the colleges.
