Since the implementation of new curriculum reform,the English teaching of middle school has had a very big change,but cramming teaching,the missing of students' dominant position,the poor ability of language still exist in different degrees.To cultivate and maintain students' interest in learning English,we should change the traditional teaching mode,pay attention to "people-oriented",play students' dominant position role fully and spend more time in the innovative teaching forms and methods.Therefore,to study and explore a kind of teaching method is more urgent,which can stimulate students interest in learning English and improve the ability of students' comprehensive language using.On the basis of reading a lot of literature about English teaching,according to the middle school students' characteristics of exploratory and curiosity,the author is in order to solve the current outstanding problems that exist in the middle school English teaching,She draws lessons from the characteristics of the variety shows,interactive and innovative,introduces the variety show forms in middle school English teaching.This paper presents the selection principles and application methods of the introduction of English teaching design in variety show forms,and puts forward ideas and solutions on the application of variety shows in English classroom: using the form of Chinese Character Dictation Conference,and holding the word dictation conference;To apply the pattern of One station to the End is to review the grammar points;Introducing the Good voice of China into the classroom and innovative the way of writing teaching;Using the model of Smiling Proud Wanderer to open up new world of spoken English.The study found that variety show forms go into the English teaching mode in the middle school which is easy to be accepted by students,it also found that some students only focus on entertainment,not learning,they prefer to be interested in new things rather than old things,the more difficult activities,the fewer students to participate,etc..Therefore,the author forwarded the constructive suggestions on the combination of the variety show forms and English teaching from the four aspects of " activity guidance based on learning-oriented "," activity forms to new "," active participation in the majority "," activity evaluation to praise the focus" four aspects.With the constant innovation of the variety shows,further study of the new variety show forms,the characteristics of middle school students' curiosity and the relationship between middle school English teaching,researching and exploring how to improve the applications of the variety show forms in middle school English teaching practice,stimulating students' interest in learning,enhancing learning self-confidence,improving learning awareness,improving students' comprehensive English application ability,have a certain theoretical and practical significance for English teaching and students' English literacy development.
