With the increasing of people's spiritual needs and the gradual improvement of the moral quality,puts forward new requirements to the junior middle school students,at the same time,improve the level of intelligence in junior high school students pay more attention to its in the cognition of self and others,self control and management,self motivation and ability to resist down comprehensive training,the ability,as an important factor of emotional intelligence,is advantageous to realize the goal of quality education requirements,and conducive to the promotion of junior middle school students body and mind harmonious development.As the main position and key channel of education,ideological and moral courses are the important guarantee for junior middle school students to improve their emotional intelligence.However,the current school education still focuses on the cultivation of students' subject knowledge and ignores the improvement of their emotional intelligence.Therefore,in order to promote the comprehensive development of junior middle school students,and to promote the cultivation of healthy personality,the author emphatically discusses the countermeasures of moral character to improve the junior middle school students emotional intelligence,divided into four chapters:The first chapter,the author has carried on the exploration to the term emotional intelligence and research,collect the related literates to download and read,for emotional intelligence have a preliminary understanding of,in the first chapter on the concept and characteristics of emotions and emotional intelligence have been summarized the definition,content,and specific summarized as two of the content of the emotional intelligence ability: recognize their own ability and the ability to adapt to the environment.The ability to recognize oneself mainly includes the ability of self-cognition,self-restraint and regulation,resistance to difficulties,etc.The ability to adapt to the environment includes the ability to understand others and socialize.The second chapter mainly introduces junior middle school as a key period for the shaping of students' values and ideas.The implementation of the new curriculum reform requires moral character of the three dimensional goal is to put the cultivation of the emotions,attitudes and values in the first place,emphasize the junior middleschool students improve the necessity of emotional intelligence: is the national development and the inevitable requirement of quality education;It is an important guarantee for middle school students to develop comprehensively.In the third chapter,based on the previous theory and practice,the author takes the junior middle school students in Yantai No.5 middle school as an example to conduct an investigation on their emotional intelligence.junior middle school students have problems in emotional intelligence,such as cognition of themselves and others,self-control and management ability,self-motivation ability,resilience to setbacks and insufficient social skills.Inside and outside of the formation of these problems,a double reason,internal reason mainly is a junior high school students is in the midst of the values of shaping period,on the things of cognition and processing,the lack of skilled experience.The external causes come from school,family and society.The fourth chapter takes the junior middle school students in Yantai no.5 middle school as an example to explore the countermeasures of improving the emotional intelligence of junior middle school students.As the main channel of cultivating the emotional intelligence of junior high school students,the school should not only improve the teaching of ideological morality,but also strengthen the training of ideological morality teachers in emotional intelligence.Can increase the junior middle school students in the course of ideological and moral teaching aspects of the practice training,emotional intelligence project courses,training of junior middle school students the collective spirit and team cooperation ability,improve the mutual translation mechanism,improve parents emphasis on moral character,etc.;In the aspect of ideological and moral teachers have to be according to their aptitude according to the characteristics of students,the teacher mus improve their professional quality and teaching level,change teachers' teaching concepts and role positioning,attach importance to students' needs and communicate with parents actively,using the requirements of new training junior high school students of emotional intelligence,is conducive to the implementation of quality education and implementation,conducive to the all-round development of junior middle school students.
