The Study On The Status,Reason And Countermeasure Of The Ideological And Moral Education Of Teenagers During The New Period

Teenager is the builders and successors of the cause of socialism with Chinese characteristics. So the quality of their ideological and moral directly related to the future of our nation. In a long time, the work mechanism of the teenagers’ Ideological and moral education has further improved, the environment of teenager growth has ceaselessly improved, and the levels of teenager’s ideological and moral has produced a lot of satisfactory change. These all rely on the attention our Party and country pay on. However, teenagers’ ideological and moral work still exist some problems, such as pay less attention on the importance of teenagers’ ideological and moral work, teenagers’ ideological and moral education is lack of necessary material and system guarantee, the contents of education is far away from the actual of teenagers, and so on. So it is necessary to analysis the present situation and the problem of teenagers’ ideological and moral education. To find out the influencing factors, and then promote the development of teenagers’ideological and moral education.This article was discussed in three parts.Part one:Analyzed the main status of the work of teenagers’ ideological and moral education during the new period. On the one hand, the teenagers’ ideological and moral work constantly strengthen, On the other hand, there are some problems on teenagers’ideological and moral work, such as concept of education, content of education, methods of education, way of education. This is the answer of "what".Part tow:Analyzed the reason of the problem in four aspects, the degree of attention,the change of society environment, educators and the young people their own. This is the answer of "why".Part three:Elaborated the countermeasure to improve teenagers’ ideological and moral education work. And put forward four measures to solve the problem according to part one and part two. This is the answer of "how".
