Study On Care Pressure Of Service Personnel Of Elderly Care Institutions In Group Work Method

With the increase of the elderly population,our country is facing the enormous pressure of aging population.Under the background of the transformation of social economic structure,facing the dilemma of "getting old before getting rich",the traditional family pension model in China is difficult to meet the increasing demand for old-age service.As the trend of social pension is becoming more and more obvious,the importance of institutional old-age care is becoming more and more prominent,and the carers in pension institutions are gradually being paid attention to by the end of 2015.In its report on examining the implementation of the Law of the people's Republic of China on the Protection of the Rights and interests of the elderly,the standing Committee of the National people's Congress(NPC)stressed in its deliberations and opinions that the training of professionals in the field of old-age service is seriously lagging behind,and that the Team building needs to be strengthened.However,due to low income,heavy workload,low social status,low professional level,weak interpersonal relationship and unfair treatment,more and more nursing staff are troubled by the care pressure.This series of worrying situation seriously affects the effective use of endowment resources.Therefore,the study on the stress of care for the service staff of pension institutions is beneficial to the improvement of the service level of the first-line nursing practitioners and to the stability and development of the old-age care industry in China.The author took the nursing staff of W nursing home in C city as the research object and investigated them in their daily work.It was found that the nursing stress of nursing staff in W nursing home was prominent and the service staff lacked the consciousness of resisting pressure and the ability of resisting pressure was weak.In view of the problems found,the author assessed the needs of nursing staff in W nursing home,and analyzed the necessity and feasibility of group working method intervention in nursing care.According to the results of the investigation,the author decided to adopt the method of group work,designed five group activities to relieve the stress of care,in order to promote the improvement of its service level.Group dynamics theory,social support theory and society Under the guidance of learningtheory,the author organized the group first and then carried out five group activities.In the process of five activities,the author makes detailed records of the group activities,and evaluates the process of the group activities,the results and the effectiveness evaluation.According to the results of evaluation,the author found that the stress of nursing care of nursing staff involved in group work was effective and effective.Through the above group activities,the group members no longer just avoid and endure the stress of care,but have a new understanding.In addition,team members have mastered some simple and effective ways to cope with care stress and improve resilience Pressure capacity.Finally,the author reflects on the practical activities of group work involved in nursing care in W nursing home,summarizes the advantages and disadvantages of the research,and proposes to introduce professional social workers.The three suggestions are to improve the ability of nursing staff to resist pressure and stimulate the enthusiasm of care workers.
