With the development of economy and social progress,the competition in the industry is more intense.High intensity of work and sometimes the reality of pay and return is not proportional to the practitioners have brought great psychological pressure,but also to a certain extent,they are engaged in the work of boredom,in the academic world,this phenomenon is called job burnout.The object of this paper is the service group that is easy to produce job burnout--nursing staff in pension institutions.Most of the service objects received by nursing staff are middle-aged and elderly people who cannot take care of themselves.However,the boring working environment for a long time and the prejudice against nursing staff in the society as a whole cause them to form different degrees of job burnout.As the core of pension institutions,once the job burnout of this group is not alleviated,it will have a great impact on the whole pension industry.On the one hand,job burnout will make more nursing staff choose to quit,and it will be difficult for pension institutions to hire more service personnel,resulting in "labor shortage".On the other hand,job burnout will make the service quality of nursing staff decline,easy to bring psychological and emotional double pressure to the elderly,leading to the deterioration of the relationship between them and the elderly,stimulate social contradictions.In this study,in nursing staff in C City,the survey data were collected through questionnaire,interview and participation observation,and the status of nursing burnout was understood through statistical analysis of the data.Through research and analysis and collection of relevant documents and data,it is concluded that the causes of job burnout of nursing staff in Z pension institution include low social status,lack of pay and security,depressed working environment,lack of professional skills training and insufficient interpersonal relationship.Based on the causes of burnout of nursing staff,under the guidance of group working methods and related theories,the intervention was carried out in the form of mutual aid group.Through group activity design and expert lecture series,nursing staff can be helped to build social support network,relieve emotional pressure,improve the sense of value and professional identity,so as to alleviate the problem of job burnout of nursing staff in Z pension institution.This paper tries to analyze the burnout problem of nursing staff from the perspective of professional social workers,and also tries to provide innovative ideas and experience for social work burnout relief through the intervention of mutual assistance groups.However,due to the repeated epidemic situation,we have to abide by the epidemic prevention regulations,which led to the cancellation of many group activities.Some group plans failed to achieve the desired effect,and multiple limitations in time and space need to be followed up and improved in future studies.
