Education evaluation is for the end link,during the implementation of school education is the education task at the end of the education activities in the process of feedback.Education evaluation has the diagnosis,incentive,regulation and identify a variety of functions,such as playing the "baton" in education activities.The language education evaluation is the end of Chinese subject teaching link,is an important means to judge the effect of Chinese teaching.However,today's Chinese teaching evaluation more belong to the summative evaluation,too much emphasis on the screening and selection function,simple evaluation index,evaluation modeled and ignore the development of students' personality,affect students' learning enthusiasm,for students' psychological quality and there are also adverse impact on the development of the relationship between teachers and students.Elementary education curriculum reform in 2001 put forward the concept of developmental evaluation,points out that the "set up to promote students' all-round development,teachers,curriculum development continuously improve the evaluation system." The change of Chinese curriculum evaluation theory calls for the in-depth reform of the Chinese language teachers teaching evaluation,this study is based on the basic idea of developmental evaluation view to analyze the usage of the language teacher language teaching evaluation,and put forward solutions to existing problems.The thesis is divided into three chapters.The first chapter is the theoretical basis for research,first of all,the theory of education evaluation at home and abroad were reviewed briefly,then the theory of education evaluation of our country is the connotation of the concept of developmental evaluation and illustrates the positive effect of education,finally,the concept of developmental evaluation in the Chinese curriculum standard in the embodiment of thought.The second chapter is based on the concept of developmental evaluation of the current Chinese teachers teaching evaluation of language usage,the sorting to the evaluation of the case whether to conform to the developmental evaluation thoughts into positive comments and negative comments two types.The third chapter is based on the concept of developmental evaluation of teacher evaluation in Chinese teaching in language use strategy.Mainly from promoting the language teacher professional development and promote the students' Chinese accomplishment and improved two angles are also proposed.In promoting the language teacher professional development should be: first,the pre-service education to strengthen the language education evaluation content;Second,in-service teachers' professional ability training courses to improve evaluation language using ability;Third,build scientific and reasonable evaluation system for the Chinese language teachers' evaluation of;Fourth,the use of language evaluation should reflect the personality of the Chinese subject.In terms of promoting the students' Chinese accomplishment and improved should do: first,the evaluation should focus on students' language awareness of the text;Second,the evaluation was to respect students' individualized thinking;Third,the evaluation should be targeted,not "one size fits all".
