With the development of society and the advancement of education,the contribution of education to society has gained more and more recognition.On the one hand,the social status of teachers is gradually improving.On the other hand,the cognition of teachers in society has gradually become more specialized.At the same time,more and more demands have been placed on the work of teachers and their professional development.In this process of gradual and explicit education needs,teachers need to constantly improve themselves and develop their majors,so that teachers can truly become educators of evangelism.In the process of education,teachers’ guidance for students is indispensable,and good teachers’ conduct,knowledge reserves,professional development desires,and even the manner in which they are employed will have a variety of impacts on students.The development of students comes from teachers,the promotion of schools comes from teachers,and the progress of teachers comes from evaluation.Only reasonable and effective teacher evaluation is the only way to improve education.However,as far as the current situation of teacher evaluation is concerned,it cannot provide necessary solutions to the professional development that teachers are concerned about.Most of the education management personnel and teaching and research personnel do not really understand the substantive role of teacher evaluation,and it is difficult to stimulate teacher participation.The enthusiasm eventually distort the value of teacher evaluation.On the other hand,the more involved in the teacher system system is the establishment of management,teacher evaluation has become the only means of distinguishing professional titles,performance,and wage levels.In the situation where teacher evaluation can not be promoted to a new level,it is particularly important to look for the focus of teacher evaluation.The developmental teacher evaluation theory opens up a new situation in which teacher development is the subject of evaluation.The purpose of evaluation is to provide teachers with professional development,thereby highlighting the dominant position of teachers in teaching,and ultimately ensuring that teachers in the education process Leaders have successfully implemented the curriculum reform,reflection and evaluation.Developmental teacher evaluation helps to enhance teachers’ professional ability and internal motivation.Inspiring teachers to understand their own development initiative and enhance the value of teacher self is a shortcut to promote teacher development in school education.This article begins with the development of teacher evaluation,which mainly includes four parts.The first part starts with the connotation analysis and contemporary appeal of developmental teacher evaluation,and at the same time,it tries to comprehensively display the level and degree of developmental teacher evaluation research at home and abroad,and elaborates the background,significance and way of thinking of this thesis research,and clarifies the developmental teacher evaluation.The enthusiasm brought by the new curriculum objective system.The second part analyzes the connotation of the concept of developmental teacher system.In the third part,the status quo and problems of teacher evaluation in case schools were analyzed through questionnaire surveys,and the reasons for the formation of them were analyzed,which laid a good foundation for the reasonable construction of relevant indicators for developmental teacher evaluation.The fourth part focuses on the problems found in the case schools,and reconstructs developmental teacher evaluations from the newly established evaluation indicators,and implements developmental teacher evaluation strategies and attention levels,with a view to providing relevant reference for the development of school developmental teacher evaluations with suggestions.Developmental teacher evaluation is definitely not a simple enrichment of traditional teacher evaluation under the new era of development appeals.It is a deep-seated exploration of the traditional teacher evaluation process that cannot achieve the purpose of evaluation,and more is through specific development.Indicators,individualized implementation strategies,and internalized motivational forces have made teachers a major driving force for co-advance and development with schools,as well as research and exploration based on theoretical thinking and practical research.This sums up the new requirements for teachers’ development under the call of the new era.
