The process of globalization has accelerated the pace of economic development in our country.The improvement of people's living standard,the improvement of international view and the status quo of education in China all make the education and training industry face tremendous changes and challenges while enjoying great development prospects.English education and training as the most important part of training industry in China is to highlight these issues,which is very representative.In Zhengzhou City,Henan Province,as a rapidly developing second-tier cities,the English training industry is very competitive,so the strategic development of enterprises is particularly important.Y English Training School as a typical representative of small and medium-sized training institutes that are located in second-tier cities and transition from affiliate mode to self-owned brands,there is a problem of mismatch in development strategies because of their lack of long-term strategic vision in the management process and planning.Under the guidance of strategic management theory,starting from the research background and research significance,this dissertation presents in detail the business environment and competition pattern of English training industry in China and abroad in Henan Province,and points out that the strategic thinking of science is the most important part of enterprises in today's competitive environment in the long-term development,followed by a description of the Y English training school development background,the status quo of enterprises,and then PEST macroeconomic environment analysis,Porter five forces model industry environmental analysis,a more comprehensive and comprehensive outside of the Y English training school Environment is summarized,and the external opportunities and threats faced by Y English training schools are analyzed.Secondly,the internal and external strengths and weaknesses of the enterprises are evaluated through the analysis of the key internal resources and core competitiveness.Finally,through the SWOT strategy selection tool,the matrix of strengths,weaknesses,opportunities and threats matched the strategy,and overall the external opportunities outweigh the threats and the internal strengths outnumber the weaknesses.Y English training school,after eight years of development,is now in a more stable stage of development,need to seek further expansion.Therefore,the paper re-establishes a new corporate mission and strategic objectives for the Y English Language Training School,selects the SO comprehensive development strategy,applied the intensive growth strategy and integrated strategy at the corporate level,focuses on overseas products and actively expanded the business in the category and expand its business scope.The goal is to establish and develop five provincial branches in 2022.The competition strategy adopts a differentiated strategy of products and services and develops a series of special services based on its existing characteristic campuses,Through the establishment of unique advantages and characteristics to improve the brand image,occupy more markets,and in the final paper proposes specific strategic steps and safeguard measures.
