Research On The Entrepreneurship Opportunity Of Anqiu's Elementary And Middle School Extracurricular Training

For many years,the extracurricular training of elementary and middle school has a large market in China.Almost every training school,no matter it is famous or not,can find its opportunity in it.However,not all of them have the ability to survive in this field.Starting a business is so complex that various factors are related to its final success.The author used Anqiu's elementary and middle school extracurricular training as an example to analyze the phenomenon and problems of this industry according to the main subjects,arts and sports,using PEST to analyze the outside environment,Michael Porter's Five Forces Model to the competition condition of the industry and the collected data through questionnaire as well as interview to find out the potential demand.Then,based on all these analyses,the author applied the entrepreneurship opportunity theory to the finding and recognition of entrepreneurship opportunity process,making the best of the advantages,sweeping the narrower opportunities' at the same time,to choose two programs proper for Anqiu' market,which,are described in brief.The significance of this article is to find the developing opportunity for the present company,to provide the idea of starting a training company and to contribute to the field of entrepreneurship opportunity study in extracurricular training of elementary and middle school.
