With the continuous acceleration of China's economic development and the rapid development of science and technology,people are paying more and more attention to education and culture.The issue of children's education has become the core of many families in China.A strong child is a strong country.Early childhood education is an enlightenment education for the development of children.It has attracted more and more attention from parents,and has invested more time,energy and financial resources into it.As the starting point of education,preschool early education has attracted the attention of the whole society.With the comprehensive development of the second-child policy,and the implementation of various policy documents to encourage private education,it has created good development opportunities for the childcare industry.Institutions have developed very rapidly in recent years,and the corresponding market competition has become increasingly fierce.Facing the ever-expanding market and intensifying market competition,seizing market opportunities,formulating a clear strategic positioning in line with the characteristics of the enterprise,and selecting a suitable competition strategy are the fundamentals of the company's long-term future development.This article takes Inner Mongolia Qingya education as the research object,and analyzes its external environment by using PEST theory analysis,Porter's five force model and SWOT combined analysis tools,and evaluates the internal environment of the enterprise.According to advantages,disadvantages,opportunities,and threats,the paper set their strategic goals,and choose a suitable differentiated competitive strategy.First,Qingya education institutions should continuously improve their teaching quality and build well-known brands in the industry;through differentiated schooling models to improve Market competitiveness;at the same time,constantly develop new services to create new points of profit growth.Specifically,this article proposes to carry out the characteristic service of "home education",create a personalized dining culture,implement personalized teaching strategies,and increasethe core competitiveness of Inner Mongolia Qingya Education.At the same time,in the process of development,Qingya education institutions should also pay attention to continuously improve their teaching and conservation level,keep up with the pace and level of market development;constantly improve their teaching hardware and software levels,so that the institution can move towards healthy development path of.In order to achieve these strategies,Qingya Educational Institutions also need to improve their own level of security,including the establishment of a differentiated strategic management team;perfecting marketing strategies;improving organizational efficiency;and strengthening corporate cost management.Through the research in this article,I hope that I can clarify the strategic positioning and strategic goals of Inner Mongolia Qingya Education,and provide guarantee for the strategic development direction and implementation content,so as to improve the core competitiveness of enterprises,increase economic profits,occupy a favorable position in fierce market competition,and establishes the brand standard of Hohhot's childcare industry.At the same time it has certain significance for the development of other local childcare institutions.
