Research And Study The Crime Of The Floating Populationin Nanjing City

Since 1990 s,along with the acceleration of urbanization and rapid urban expansion of the floating population,it is reported that the number of total registered transient population in Nanjing is 246,9949 which account for 30% of 8235967,the total resident population in 2015.The number of criminal from foreign city in 2015 is 19,857 which account for 48.8% of 41020 the total criminal of entire city.Compared to 2014,the amount is increased up to 4% and now it is in the increasing trend.In one hand,a large floating population breaks the pattern of dichotomy of China's society and economy directly and it becomes an important impetus to keep China's economy stable for decades.In the other hand,a major largest floating population has also brought many social and economic problems.According to the propose of reinforcement of the service and management of floating population and speeding up social building which focus on improving the people's livelihood and achieving affluent society by 2020 according to 18 th CPC National Congress,we clearly see that the management system and management mechanism consistent with the socialist market economic system have not established yet.And there are so many problems about public management policy of floating population.All level of government pay more attention to management,precautions,control and striking,whereas ignore social security,medical treatment reform,employment and supporting measures.By research and investigation for the floating population in Nanjing,this paper makes comprehensive analyses and proposes concerns about the largest group of floating population in the city.It makes them involving into the society and decreases the crimes which bring problems to society.It also promotes the health of society and harmonious development.
