In December 2016,General Secretary Xi Jinping pointed out at the National Conference on Ideological and political work in Colleges and universities,"we must persist in taking the moral education as the central link,and integrate the ideological and political work throughout the whole process of education and teaching,so as to achieve full education and all-round education,and strive to create a new prospect for the development of higher education in China." The opinions of the CPC Central Committee and the State Council on strengthening and improving the ideological and political work in colleges and universities under the new situation,centers on the fundamental problems of "what to train","how to train" and "who to train" in colleges and universities in the new era,comprehensively deploys and systematically plans the objectives,principles,contents,requirements,methods and measures of "three full-educating",so as to accurately grasp the "three full-educating" in colleges and universities in the new era,for the scientific connotation of "all education" which provides the fundamental compliance."Three full-educating" reflects the internal requirements of moral education,conforms to the development trend of talent training,and conforms to the development law of ideological and political work in colleges and universities in the new era.With the socialism with Chinese characteristics entering a new stage of development,China's higher education has ushered in a historic leap from large to strong,from the growth of quantity to the development of connotation.The talent cultivation in colleges and universities is faced with newer and higher requirements.Innovation and promotion of "three all-round education",that is,all-round education,and the whole process of education,are not only the objective needs of moral cultivation,but also help to enhance the rational consciousness of collaborative innovation in higher education.This paper attempts to make a comprehensive explanation of "three full-educating" in theory,combine theory with practice,sort out the basic idea of "three full-educating",explain the internal relationship between "three full-educating" and moral education,explore the realization path of "three full-educating",as so to better implement moral education.This paper is divided into five parts.The first part is the introduction,which introduces the research background.The second part mainly expounds the basic meaning and the time connotation of cultivating people through morality and "three full-educating",and clarifies the related concepts.The third part discusses the development process,main characteristics,internal ideas and practical requirements of the "three full-educating"."Three full-educating" includes three aspects: all-round education,whole process education and overall education for people.It has a profound theoretical basis to form a rigorous,three-dimensional and integrated system by closely centering on the core of education.The fourth part mainly discusses the current situation of "three full-educating" and faces many difficulties while achieving certain results.The fifth part is the specific operation innovation of "three full-educating" implemented in practice under the guidance of the theory of moral education,which is also the key part of this paper."Three full-educating" not only has rich connotation,but also has strong practical operability.The innovation of "three full-educating" should be carried out from the perspectives of ideology,system construction,method system,personnel team,environmental atmosphere,etc.
