With the development of society and the arrival of the era of knowledge economy,education has gradually become the key factor of enhance the comprehensive national strength.Postgraduate education as an important part of higher education,shouldering the responsibility for socialist economic construction training knowledge,The social environment and the change of market demand brought by the development of Internet technology,makes the traditional personnel training mode have been unable to adapt to the new era of social development demand,therefore,with practical and innovative research learning more and more attention by domestic and foreign.The birth of "Internet +" has made many traditional industries have a disruptive change,will also promote the integration of education and the depth of the Internet,to let more master has the ability of sustainable development,take advantage of the Internet develop their research learning ability is very necessary.This paper based on adequate background research and analysis of the related research results of scholars at home and abroad,defines the basic concept of research learning ability firstly,analysis under the background of "Internet +" master the basic characteristics of research learning ability and the specific components,and on this basis,construct the framework of research learning ability and study of the relationship between the structure of the elements of;secondly,discusses the influence factors of the research learning capacity,determine the "Internet +" under the background of the influence factors of postgraduate research learning ability,on the basis of literature review proposed theory assumes that the relationship between the influencing factors,select the SEM method to verify and explain the role of influencing factors;thirdly,according to the definition of research learning ability and its constituent elements analysis,construct the basic framework of cultivating postgraduate research learning ability,as a guide,design a specific training path for different training objectives,and discussed the training process;Finally,combining with the results of the analysis of affecting factors,put forward countermeasures and suggestions on the operation and security training mode.
