With the expansion of college enrollment and the popularization of higher education,the number of college graduates is increasing year by year,and the job market is becoming increasingly saturated.In order to improve the competitiveness of employment and knowledge structure and realize their self-worth,more and more college graduates decide to take the postgraduate entrance examination,the number of postgraduate candidates continues to increase.The industry of postgraduate entrance examination and training was born with the trend.The main reason is that the preparation period of graduate entrance examination is long,and there are many subjects in the examination.At the same time,the promotion of the proportion of students who are pushed and exempted leads to the increase of the difficulty of the unified examination,resulting in the continuous increase of the proportion of application and admission.As the number of postgraduate entrance exams is increasing and the background of "Internet +education",the competition degree of the entrance examination for postgraduate training market is becoming increasingly fierce.There are some confusion in postgraduate entrance examination and training in the fierce competition,which disturbs the order of training market.In order to stabilize the market of postgraduate entrance examination training and promote the modernization of education management,it is urgent to solve the problems in the process of postgraduate entrance examination training.Firstly,this study looked up and studied the relevant literature of the postgraduate entrance examination training institutions,and analyzed the macro development environment of the training institutions from the four aspects of politics,economy,culture and society.And the comprehensive basic information of 10 postgraduate entrance examination training institutions in Zhengzhou is sorted out and analyzed.On the basis of having a certain understanding of the general situation of the postgraduate entrance examination training institutions,a questionnaire was issued in Z University of Henan Province,and an empirical survey was carried out.Therefore,this study has learned the relevant information of the development status of the postgraduate training institutions under the background of "Internet +education".Secondly,this study makes a descriptive statistical analysis of the development status of 10 postgraduate entrance examination training institutions and the results of questionnaire survey,and finds that there are many problems in the market operation and management of postgraduate entrance examination training institutions,such as confusion of fees,false publicity,nonstandard teachers,the proliferation of unlicensed postgraduate entrance examination training institutions,vicious competition among institutions and so on.According to the existing problems,this study analyzes the causes of the market chaos from the government,industry and social level.From the perspective of the government,there are mainly unclear qualification review,blind spots in market management and lack of management to deal with online postgraduate entrance examination training institutions.From the perspective of industry,it is mainly due to the confusion of internal management,outstanding problems of integrity,lack of industry standards and lack of industry supervision.From the social point of view,it is mainly due to the lack of postgraduate entrance examination service,the lack of social responsibility of network media,the irrational consumption of college students and the poor awareness of safeguarding rights.Finally,based on the theory of collaborative governance,this study proposes some suggestions for the training of government,industry and society,which will be helpful to the training of postgraduate training industry in the context of "Internet +education".The government should improve the qualification examination standard and market supervision system of the postgraduate entrance examination training institutions,and establish an online and offline integrated supervision platform.In industry,the postgraduate entrance examination and training institutions should strengthen internal norms,operate with integrity,establish the postgraduate entrance examination and training industry association,and strengthen supervision and management.In society,universities should establish a platform for postgraduate entrance examination service to provide relevant training services for students.The media should play the role of public opinion supervision and report truthfully the problems in the postgraduate entrance examination training.College students should improve their ability of selfservice and establish the consciousness of safeguarding rights.Finally,a collaborative governance network information platform is built among the subjects to improve the efficiency and effect of multi-agent collaborative governance.With a view to standardizing the market of postgraduate entrance examination and training,innovating the mode of educational governance and promoting the development of educational governance modernization.
