Postgraduate education of Chinese-foreign cooperation in running schools is an important way of cultivating high-quality international talent, and it’s also an important part of higher education. In order to get greater development, and get recognition of national and social, postgraduate education of Chinese-foreign cooperation in running schools need to solve the problems of what kind of talents to cultivate and how to cultivate talents. In this paper, the entry point is postgraduate training model, the study takes the University of Nottingham Ningbo China and China-EU School of Law in China University of Political Science and Law for example to analyze the postgraduate training model from the training objectives, enrollment forms, training methods, evaluation of the four aspects, then we describe the experience and inadequate of training mode of the University of Nottingham Ningbo China and China-EU School of Law in China University of Political Science and Law, after that, we discuss the characteristics of postgraduate training mode of Thailand, so that we can have more references to research training model of postgraduate education of Chinese-foreign cooperation in running schools.This thesis is composed the following content:firstly, we make a theory definition for postgraduate education of Chinese-foreign cooperation in running schools, then analyze the important role Chinese-foreign cooperation in running schools for postgraduate education plays in the development of high education, on the basis of expounding the internal and external surroundings; then we make a study on the current situation of the project and sum up the problems of postgraduate education of Chinese-foreign cooperation in running schools; secondly, we use the case study to discuss the problems, we select the University of Nottingham Ningbo China and China-EU School of Law in China University of Political Science and Law as examples, and analyze the outstanding issues in the curriculum and teaching, teachers and other aspects. In addition, we introduce the characteristics of postgraduate training mode of transnational higher education of Thailand. Finally, we combine the characteristics and the current situation of training model of postgraduate education of Chinese-foreign cooperation in running schools, we propose the advices and direction of reformation from three aspects:changing concepts, system innovation, policy support.The study found, there are some problems with postgraduate training mode training, such as the cultivation objectives are not clear, the entrance system lacks flexibility, professional courses repeated in the low level, it’s hard to meet the need of the requirements of economic society. This paper attempts to change the idea, to improve the understanding of postgraduate education of Chinese foreign cooperation in running schools, promote the reform of the postgraduate training mode of Chinese-foreign cooperation in running schools through system innovation, through policy support, give the policy support for the reform of postgraduate training mode of Chinese foreign cooperation in running schools.
