Research On Education Satisfaction Based On Education Supply

The government is the main body of the provision of educational services,parents should be an important evaluation of their children's education services Parental satisfaction refers to the actual education services.When the parents receive the actual education services before a certain expectation,comparing the actual perception and the expected effect of satisfaction,whether an educational service to meet their actual needs of the subjective evaluation.Based on the theory of customer satisfaction and demand theory,this thesis also studies the performance of educational service from the perspective of parental satisfaction with the existing research on the evaluation of educational service at home and abroad,combined with the 2012 China family dynamics tracking survey data.This thesis analyzes the relationship between the satisfaction degree of parental service and level of education in our country from the three dimensions of regional attribute,parent attribute and educational supply mode,and makes use of the interaction between dummy variables to further study the impact of educational satisfaction.The basic findings of this study are as follows:from the regional properties,the control of the level of regional development and health education.The level of regional development refers to the per capita GDP of the province.By reviewing the "City Statistical Yearbook",I find the per capita GDP of the municipal districts in 2012,and use the data of each municipal area to calculate the per capita GDP of each province and city.The level of regional development as a model of one of the control variables,it can make the conclusions more stringent.From the level of regional development,parental education satisfaction has not increased with the level of regional development.The educational satisfaction of each region is mainly between 4.16 and 5.19.and the difference of educational satisfaction in each region is not great.The level of educational satisfaction is not necessarily related to the level of economic development and the level of education expenditure,increasing of investment is not necessarily able to bring about higher education satisfaction.From the parental point of view,we found that education satisfaction is basically increased with the parents' income level.When the income increases to a certain extent,the educational satisfaction will decrease with the increase of income.The level of parental education satisfaction is not simply depends on the amount of investment in education expenditure,but also depends on the supply of educational services.Parental education for non-local households is higher than that of local parents.Women's educational satisfaction is higher than men's educational satisfaction.From the point of the mode of education supply,the parental education satisfaction of the children in the key class is greater than the non-key class parents.Parental education for children who change their enrollment or residence is greater than the parents who have not made any changes.If the school is a key school,the region's advanced teaching facilities,excellent teachers will be given priority to the key schools,parents can demonstrate on their children,the key schools are very concerned about this factor and it will naturally affect the satisfaction of parents.The more parents spend extracurricular counseling fees for children,the more parents satisfied with education are.Parents with high incomes tend to send their children to schools in the capital city,and this type of parent is relatively high in satisfaction.High-income parents have more investment in children's extracurricular counseling fees.Compared with low-income parents,high-income parents pay more attention to their children's education.In today's society,whether the parents of local household registration or non-local household registration,the child's education issues are very important,but the degree of attention is different.Parents with high levels of education will be more engaged in extracurricular remedial classes for children,and parents'satisfaction with education is high.Firstly,to improve the parents' educational satisfaction is to consider the educational service investment and education supply;The second is due to the heterogeneity of educational satisfaction among different groups of people,so the allocation of educational services should be more precise;Thirdly,there are differences in the way of education supply by regional governments.Local governments should consider the demand for accurate education services of residents in the area of education,and improve the educational satisfaction situation in the region.Fourthly,cancel the titles of the key schools and the key classes.
