Research On Talent Training Mode Of Higher Vocational Education Under The Background Of Educational Supply Side Reform

In today's world,international competition is becoming increasingly fierce,knowledge,science and technology and talent increasingly become the focus of competition.Social wealth is also gradually becoming concentrated in countries with obvious advantages in science,technology and talent,and the formation of the advantages of knowledge and talent is influenced by the development of education.In other words,the competitiveness of a country is closely related to the development of education to some extent.In a country's education system,vocational education has the status of light weight.Compared with the theoretical nature of higher education and basic education,vocational education lays more emphasis on service production and life reality.If there is a real need,there will be a driving force for reform,with the economy of our country Transformation and upgrading,in the manufacturing industry,urbanization,agricultural modernization,precision poverty alleviation and other aspects of the continuous deepening of the reform,in the field of education also corresponding to the supply-side structural reform,and the above five areas are closely related to vocational education,All these work have put forward the request of reform to our country's vocational education.Therefore,the education supply-side reform has put forward new requirements and challenges to the training mode of higher vocational talents in our country,under the new historical conditions,How to construct the talent training mode of higher vocational education in our country has become a new research direction of higher vocational education.In the process of talent training in higher vocational education,the construction of talent training mode plays a key role.In recent decades,higher vocational education in our country has developed very fast,and talent training has begun to take shape.This paper mainly discusses the current situation,problems,causes and countermeasures of talent training mode of higher vocational education in China under the background of education supply-side reform.Based on the analysis of the situation of higher vocational education in China under the background of education supply-side reform,this paper expounds the problems existing in the mode of talent training in China's higher vocational education under the background of the current supply-side reform.The causes of the problem are analyzed and discussed,and the relevant measures to solve the problem are put forward.At the same time,we collect a large number of domestic and foreign literature and relatedmaterials,through the comparative analysis of the research methods,we compare the higher vocational education talent training models in several major developed countries.The characteristics,advantages and disadvantages of the "CBE" model in the United States,the "dual system" in Germany,the "BTEC" model in Britain and the "TAFE" model in Australia are analyzed and compared.And from this,we can get the enlightenment to the development of talent training mode of higher vocational education in our country.Combining the Talent training Model of higher Vocational Education in our country,the Talent training goal and Talent training The actual situation of curriculum system,specialty setup,talent training way and so on,puts forward the way and suggestion of constructing talent training mode of higher vocational education under the angle of educational supply-side reform in our country.
