The teacher in charge of a class is the leader of the school teaching work and the main body,pupils' positive qualities is an important part of primary school students psychological development and affect pupils other important aspects of psychological quality development.The leadership behavior taken by the head teacher in the course of management will have an important influence on the physical and mental development of the primary school students.Therefore,it is of positive significance to study the leadership behavior of the head teacher and the positive quality of primary school students.There are a lot of study or do research in view of the head teacher leadership,or do research in terms of the quality of students,but comprehensive studies have found that the comprehensive consideration of both empirical studies are rare.This research adopts the head teacher leading behavior questionnaire and positive quality questionnaire as a measurement tool,the teacher leading behavior questionnaire was divided into democratic,authoritative and laissez-faire three dimensions,positive quality questionnaire is divided into love of learning,innovation,integrity,leadership,flexible self-regulation,positive and optimistic,love,kindness and interest and curiosity in eight dimensions.Select the LS county primary school grade four to six altogether 529 students and 18 of the teacher in charge,the class teacher leading behavior,development positive qualities students as well as the development of the relationship between the elementary student academic achievement level.Results are as follows:(1)In the aspect of class management,the head teacher prefers authoritative and democratic,and has less freedom of appointment;The head teacher teaching between 3 and 15 years tends to be democratic and authoritative.There are very few laissez-faire leaders,mainly between teachers and teachers who have been working for more than 15 years.(2)The positive quality of pupils is well developed,among which positive and optimistic,honest and upright are the best for other positive qualities.(3)The teacher in charge of teaching subjects and teaching age has nothing to do with students' positive qualities,democratic and authoritative head teacher leading behavior with the love of learning in the elementary positive qualities,honesty and integrity,self adjusting,positive and optimistic,and interest and curiosity in all were extremely significant positive correlation,and no significant correlation with the flexible innovation,leadership;The leadership behavior of the head teacher is negatively correlated with the positive quality of the pupils.(4)The democratic leadership behavior is positively correlated with the language,mathematics and English scores of primary school students;Authoritative leadership behavior has great influence on pupils' mathematics achievement.There was a significant negative correlation between the leadership behavior of the head teacher and the pupils' Chinese,maths and English.(5)The positive quality of primary school students is positively correlated with their academic performance.Through to the head teacher leading behavior,this study found that the head teacher leading behavior is given priority to with democratic and authoritative,and it is concluded that under the democratic and the hereditary behavior,elementary student's positive qualities can get development,provides the elementary student's positive qualities to develop in the future based on the empirical research.According to the research results,the following suggestions are put forward: the head teacher should set up the correct students' view and understand the students' teaching in accordance with their aptitude;The head teacher should use correct leadership behavior,pay attention to the emotional education of primary school students,and use various means to cultivate the positive quality of primary school students;The school should pay attention to the cultivation of students' positive quality and provide a strong guarantee for the work of the head teacher.
