A head-teacher is the educator, organizer and leader of a class. Not only the quality of his work decides students'well-growing in body and mind, but also affects the whole administration. Questionnaires and multiple statistic method are used to explore the PM leadership behavior of head-teachers in Junior Middle School. The thesis modified the leadership behavior questionnaire and evaluated the Junior Middle School head teachers in Suzhou.This research includes two parts. In the first research, considering the characteristics of educational organization, we will study the leadership behavior of the junior middle school by means of modification of the PM scale for leadership behavior assessment. According to the results of the first research, I modified the questionnaire for the next period. In the second research, the head–teachers of Junior Middle School in Suzhou are assessed by the questionnaires.The research explores the way to establish the professional assessment system on head-teachers in Junior Middle School. The findings provide the more objective and overall standard for system. We can evaluate the effect of training by the scale .The result also give some advice in the Suzhou's Junior Middle School head-teachers' work.
