The coach's leading behavior and the athlete's goal orientation are the important influencing factors of the athlete's physical and mental development.By studying the relationship between coaches' leadership behavior and athletes' achievement goal orientation,it is beneficial for coaches to set different task goals according to different athletes' achievement goal orientation,so as to conduct scientific and effective leadership behavior,and improve the training quality and competition performance.At the same time,it can also better promote the healthy growth and development of athletes themselves,enrich the research content in the field of coaches' leadership behavior,and provide theoretical basis and certain reference value for coaches' scientific and effective leadership behavior.This paper,taking the coach leadership behavior and athletes as the research object,the relationship between achievement target definite direction in 2018,the national college students of 302 universities badminton championships coaches and athletes as the research object,61 coaches,athletes,241,Uses the literature material law,questionnaire survey,mathematical statistics,logic analysis and other research methods,based on the theory of achievement motivation and goal setting theory,discusses the achievement goal orientation and the relationship betweencoach leadership behavior.Relevant results are as follows:(1)There is basically no totally autocratic or Democratic leadership style among coaches.Most of them are a mixture of two leadership styles.Coaches differ in the leadership behavior of athletes at different ages and gender.(2)The relationship between coaches' autocratic leadership behavior and athletes' self-directed goals is negative correlation;it is negatively correlated with athletes' task goal orientation,in which the higher the coaches' autocratic leadership behavior is,the weaker the athletes' task goal orientation tendencies are;it is not conducive to positive behavior,the higher the coaches' autocratic leadership behavior is,the athletes' self-goals are.The weaker orientation tendencies are,the more positive it is for athletes to show positive state.(3)Coaches' Democratic leadership behavior is positively correlated with athletes' task goal orientation and negatively correlated with athletes' self-goal orientation.The higher the coaches' Democratic leadership behavior is,the higher the athletes' task goal orientation tendency is,the higher the Democratic leadership behavior is,and the higher the athletes' self-goal orientation tendency is.Research conclusion:1.Athletes of different ages and genders and different sports levels adopt different leadership behaviors;2.Athletes of different ages and levels of sports should set different tasks and objectives;3.For self-oriented athletes,they should take more authoritarian leadership behaviors and set tasks and goals in line with their own ability level;4.For tasker-oriented athletes,task objectives higher than their own ability level should be set and more authoritarian leadership behaviors should be adopted.
