Abstract/Summary:
Through theoretical research and practical application,this study mainly achieves the following objectives.Firstly,the applicability of micro-course teaching in public sports basketball teaching in our school is judged.Secondly,based on the cognitive learning theory and construct learning theory,we designed the micro-course teaching model aiming at improving the teaching of public sports basketball in our school.Finally,the experimental method is used to verify the practical effect of micro-course teaching in practical teaching.Summarize and summarize the materials,draw conclusions and Suggestions,provide relevant materials for university teachers,and provide references for improving the public sports teaching model in colleges and universities.In this study,literature,questionnaire,empirical research,mathematical statistics and logical analysis were used.On the basis of reflection on teaching practice,this paper makes further argumentation on micro-course teaching by using the empirical research method,and provides the practical foundation for promoting the public sports micro-course teaching in colleges and universities in the future.In creating "Luda Public Sports Micro Lesson" platform for the micro letter,will be the one hand shoulder shot technique teaching course of micro lesson in application and implementation,through the study,the public sports in our school basketball teaching feasibility and validity of using small class teaching,not only give full play to the subjective initiative of students in the teaching process,further improve the students’ comprehensive ability,improve the students’ ability of autonomous learning.This paper probes into a feasible way of classroom teaching(1)On the basis of the characteristics of one hand shoulder shot technology,combined with the micro video attributes,from the class design content-target,theteaching procedure of sequence structure and strategies such as dimension microvideo basketball teaching design pattern is designed.Greatly enriched the basketballteaching content system,and provide important reference value for basketballteaching practice.(2)After the micro-course teaching experiment,it was learned that the shooting percentage score of students in the experimental class increased from 12.80 to 21.43,and the SPSS calculated that P=0.00 < 0.01,the difference was very significant.At the same time,after the experiment,P=0.041 < 0.05,the percentage of students in the experimental class increased far more than the control class.It shows that micro-course has a significant improvement in shooting percentage and is better than traditional classroom.Before and after the evaluation index of experimental class,P=0.003 < 0.01,the difference was very obvious.At the same time,the scores of the two groups of students were compared with P=0.013 < 0.05,with significant differences.Therefore,the micro-course has a significant effect on improving students’ shooting skills and is better than the traditional classroom.(3)By using the network teaching platform of "rain classroom",we can successfully push a series of microcourse programs to class students,so that the microcourse teaching can be implemented on the social network public platform,and can understand the students ’learning situation and feedback problems in real time.(4)Students through to the study of micro,bring their own questions and difficulties during learning into the classroom,teachers in teaching more focus,and further arouse the enthusiasm of the students’ learning,skill to study more targeted,deeper understanding action,for students to learn more sports skill has the scientific nature and effectiveness.
