With the continuous development of information technology,modern education has also entered the era of intelligence,and college classrooms have gradually shown the characteristics of openness,intelligence,and interaction.Under this circumstance,the teaching methods of physical education in ordinary colleges and universities with explanations,demonstrations and exercises as the main line appear to be particularly single,and can no longer meet the needs of the new era.The introduction of the SCT teaching model has rejuvenated the physical education classroom.Under the SCT teaching mode,micro-classes are an indispensable teaching method.Compared with traditional physical education classroom teaching,micro-class teaching has great advantages.It combines traditional offline teaching methods with new online teaching methods.,The effective integration of the two draws on each other's strengths and gives full play to their respective advantages.Not only the classroom time is fully utilized,the teaching effect is also optimized,and the teaching goals of physical and mental training and skill learning are truly realized.Therefore,based on the SCT model,this research combines micro-classes with volleyball teaching,and uses practical teaching research to explore the teaching effects of micro-classes in public sports volleyball classes in ordinary colleges and universities,that is,to improve students' volleyball skills.The influence of the mastery of the situation,the standardization of technical movements and the attitude of exercise,etc.,provide references for the application and promotion of micro-classes in college public sports volleyball teaching.This research takes the application of micro-classes in the teaching of public sports volleyball courses in colleges and universities as the research object.It takes Shandong Huayu Institute of Technology 2019 Environmental Design Class 1 and Environmental Design Class 2 as the experimental objects,using the literature method,questionnaire survey method,and teaching experiment In the teaching mode based on SCT,according to the characteristics of micro-class teaching and the principles of micro-class making,a reasonable volleyball teaching plan is designed according to the characteristics of the experimental objects,and the experimental class(Class 1 of 2019 Environmental Design)implement micro-class teaching,and the control class(Class 2 of 2019 Environmental Design)implement traditional physical education classroom teaching.After 15 weeks of teaching experiment for a semester,the research results show that:In terms of volleyball cognition,micro-class teaching can enrich students' volleyball knowledge and improve their volleyball cognition level.In terms of physical fitness,compared with traditional physical volleyball teaching,volleyball teaching in public physical education in colleges and universities introduces micro-classes,which have obvious improvements in standing long jump,hand throwing badminton and half-meter reentry running,indicating that micro-class teaching is more conducive to improving students Physical fitness.In terms of volleyball skills,compared with traditional physical education volleyball teaching,micro-class teaching can significantly improve the performance of the frontal hands on the ball and the technical evaluation results,as well as the evaluation results of volleyball lateral low-handed serve technology.The impact of upto-standard results is the same as that of volleyball teaching in traditional physical education.Therefore,micro-class teaching can effectively improve students' volleyball skills,especially to standardize students' technical movements.In terms of exercise attitude,compared with traditional physical education volleyball teaching,micro-class teaching can significantly improve the five indicators of exercise habits,exercise attitude,exercise intention,emotional experience,and goal attitude.There is not much change in knowledge,behavior control and subjective standards.Therefore,micro-class teaching is conducive to the cultivation of students' good exercise attitude.
