With smart video and convenient usage mode,micro-lecture is popular among the majority of educators of all ages.Influenced by the development of the mobile client terminal and the popularization of the wireless network,micro-lecture has become a new form of teaching resources under the environment of network education tochange the teaching methods and ways.Finally,make the students not only obtain knowledge which is taught by teacher during the class,but according to the learning situation of themselves to decide to learn flexibly,and let the spare time not wasted,so then to cultivate autonomous learning ability.Therefore,the application of micro teaching will be a new trend in gymnastic education of colleges and universities.For teachers,it can be carried out by using micro-lecture to electronic preparation lesson before class,and rich teaching resources;during the class,micro class can strengthen the standardization of actions,and reduce the workload of classroom teaching;after class,analyze deeply by using micro courses,so that teachers have sufficient time and energy to pay full attention to each student;for students,they can use the micro-lesson to preview before class;In the classroom,they can continue to strengthen and consolidate the knowledge;finally,students can also use micro-lecture leak filled,to make up for the disadvantages of the traditional teaching mode,which will be beneficial to the response policy of national education reform,reform of PE teaching ways to improve the quality of teaching.Table tennis is a kind of the ball game which has fast speed,low power,high security and abundant skills,players be separated by a net play table tennis,the ball project requires people to invest a lot of energy and time to learn.However,as a excellent PE teacher,not only adhere to educational philosophy that is put student at primary place,but also should learn from others successful teaching experience,at the same time,we should keep innovative thinking,and learn to use modern network technology for teaching,it is worth that sports researchers study the problem is that how to make students love sports,so that students in the limited time is happy to learn and master the knowledge and skills of table tennis,and develop a lifelong habit of exercise.This study adopted the method of literature.On the basis of full analysis of micro class concept,characteristics,classification and teaching in theteaching of college public sports ping-pong effect,it has constructed the college public sports elective courseof table tennis in micro teaching design scheme,with the theory of case analysis to make display and analysis the lesson of theory and practice of public sports micro table tennis lesson,and use the method of experiment,questionnaire investigation and mathematical statistics,it discusses the micro class in the application of the public sports table tennis elective course teaching in colleges and universities,reflecting in teaching,and summarizing up the application effect,the conclusion is: application of micro teaching to strengthen,improve and standardize the table tennis basic technical movements,improve the movement skill evaluation scores ways superior to the traditional teaching mode,micro-lecture memory helps students master the basic theory of table tennis faster and better;micro-lecture independent visualization study way is easier to let the student to accept,and more conducive to cultivate students autonomous learning ability;micro video resources increased the students' interest in learning table tennis technology,optimize the classroom atmosphere;micro-lecture content's repeatability can make the teachers focus on students' individual differences.
