| This paper uses the method of education narrative research,through the conversation with a line of six higher vocational colleges teachers,on how to improve higher vocational teachers and higher vocational students social integration ability and re-examine the daily teaching of higher vocational teachers and higher vocational students daily study life,and then by the means of teachers ’ self,try to find out the way to improve the social integration ability of higher vocational students.Using interview investigation and literature study as the main research methods and make narrative research on higher vocational teachers’ individual,through the teachers5 life narrative and educational narrative to understand the teachers who are in different levels of education,different subjects and educational experience,their reflections and suggestions on the improving the social integration ability of themselves and the higher vocational students.The teachers use daily life language to think of the problems and difficulties existing in today’s higher vocational education teaching activities,and try to change the teaching think and teaching methods,improving their social integration ability,and further guide the student to improve social integration ability.The content of vocational education is will not limited to the general principles and methodology of education. |
