The Analysis And The Educational Proposals On The Backward Student In Higher Vocational Colleges

The higher vocational education of our country establishes the vocational college from the beginning of 1980 to the present, had developed 30 years, in the period, the higher vocational colleges established massively and the enrollment increased which cause the higher education to popularity by elite. In this program, some factors such as the source quality of students drops, the public prejudice to the higher vocational education, the bad social atmosphere and other influences cause the number of the backward students to be more and more, the harm to be bigger and bigger, therefore, the backward students phenomenon need to arouse the higher educational circles' high interest. The article through research the science students who enrolled Wuhai vocational&technical college in 2008, summarize the characteristic of these students, then analysis the forming reason and adverse effect, at the same time, profited from the characteristics of the two overseas higher vocational education, the paper ultimately raised some proposals on how to educate and manage the backward students which can be able to help the higher vocational college transfer these students.According to writing structure logic, the article is divided into five chapters; the main contents are as follows:Chapter 1 IntroductionThis part mainly introduced the background of this article, the study object, the study significance, the study content and the study methods.Chapter 2 CharacteristicThis part introduced the present situation of the higher vocational colleges and the characteristics of the backward students. This chapter mainly launches from the development process and present situation of our higher vocational education, with the characteristics of it, then summarized the characteristics of these backward students.Chapter 3 Analysis the forming reasons and the adverse effectThis part is the article's core which is based on the second chapter. This chapter summarized the formation reason which cause some students to become to the backward, the reasons mainly are the elementary knowledge is weak, the study need insufficiency, the study manner is not straight, the self-control ability is bad, the psychologically healthy condition unsatisfactory and so on, then analyzed the adverse effect from the backward student phenomenon.Chapter 4 Experience learningThis part focuses on the United Kingdom and Germany, to analyze the conditions and characteristics of their higher vocational education and then conclude what we can learn from them.Chapter 5 SuggestionBased on the previous analysis, the writer put forward suggestion on how to educate and manage the backward students, which include using the successful education method, increasing the development training program, enhancing their psychologically healthy education and constructing health upward campus culture and so on.
