Research On Development Mode Of National Women's Volleyball League From The Perspective Of Dissipative Structure Theory

Based on the theory of dissipative structure in self-organization theory,this paper uses literature research methods,expert interview methods,system analysis methods,and logical analysis methods to study the development pattern of the National Women's Volleyball League,from the club operation system and training system.In the three aspects of the competition system,we analyzed the problems in the professional development of the women's volleyball league in China,and believed that the current volleyball league in China has the following problems: the internal management system of the volleyball club is chaotic;the administrative interference with the clubs is too much,the volleyball club The management relied mainly on the government;there was a lack of communication between the clubs,the enterprises,and the media;the link between the National Games and the women's volleyball league was always difficult to break;the league was "organized" in serious colors.These influencing factors have led directly to the slow progress in the professionalization of the National Women's Volleyball League.Studies have shown that: China's women's volleyball league can achieve professional reform through the formation of a dissipative structure.The market operation system of the National Women's Volleyball League,the volleyball club system,the competition system,and the athletes must remain open: All levels of managers,athletes,and coaches of the National Women's Volleyball League must establish ideas that are far from the balance;The non-linear interaction between the elements;the league manager actively uses the “female volleyball Olympics to win the championship” as an external fluctuation,and creates various internal fluctuations.This opened up a self-organizing road for the professional development of the National Women's Volleyball League.
