Marx's Thought Of Labor Liberation And Its Contemporary Significance

Marx devoted his life to the search for the liberation of the proletariat and of all mankind.Among them,liberation of labor is an important dimension to realize human liberation.It is in the development of labor that Marx found the key to comprehend the history of human.Labor liberation and human liberation are internal and consistent,only the labor liberation was realized,human can realize the free and comprehensive development.Therefore,the systematic study of Marx's thought of labor liberation will help to strengthen our understanding of the marxist theory of proletariat and human liberation.Marx put forward the concept of "alienated labor" on the basis of integrating the social reality of capitalism and inheriting relevant thoughts of predecessors,and began to analyze the capitalism society through dissimilation logic and explore the road to the liberation of labor.Marx's labor liberation ideology forms and develops accompanied by the deepening process with the development of capitalist society and proletarian revolution.Later,Marx continued to seek the possibility from the real society based on the theory of division of labor and mode production with machine,which provides theoretical support for the class struggle and proletarian revolution.Marx thought that workers and their labor was "alienated" and constrained under the private ownership of capitalism.To realize labor liberation,we should firstly overthrow the capitalist production relations and liberate labor from the bondage of capital.Secondly,we should energetically develop the productive forces and provide the necessary substantial basis for labor liberation.Thirdly,to promote the continuous generation of free time.In the end,we should make labor become the end in itself,and then reach the "the Realm of Freedom".Today,labor liberation is not only a major theoretical task,but also a major practical problem.In the socialist market economy of our country,problems such as wage labor and other kinds of restrained labor are still exist,and the task of labor liberation still has a long way to go.Therefore,it is not only the inherent requirement of studying rriarxist theory,but also the practical need to analyze and investigate the current labor problem in China.In addition to the introduction,this paper includes three chapters:The introduction part introduces the background and research significance of the topic,and the research methods and ideology of scholars at home and abroad.The first chapter involves brief presentation of the historical background,ideological origin and the basic context of the formation of Marx's labor liberation ideology.The second chapter elaborates the three deepening process of Marx labor liberation ideology in detail,and deduces the way to labor liberation,and illustrates the brief distinction between labor liberation and human liberation.The third chapter elaborates the contemporary significance of Marx's thought of labor liberation in China,and summarizes the application of Marx's thought of labor liberation in China with the two emancipation of laborers.It also points out the necessity of adhering to Marx's thought of labor liberation and analyzes the degree and direction of labor liberation in China based on China's reality.This paper argues that Marx's analysis of labor problem is still not out of date today,we should grasp Marx's ideology of labor liberation accurately.We still need to develop economy with the help of various forms of ownership,market economy and the leverage of capital based on China's national conditions.Therefore,there are still some problems in China,such as wage labor,alienation of consumption and widening of income gap.But on the other hand,we have the advantages of the socialist system,and can gradually promote the Labor liberation through further improving the socialist system,developing the productivity,improving the status of laborer,thus free and comprehensive development of everyone can be realized.
