In recent years,China's economic growth rate is fast,and cultural undertakings are also flourishing.At the same time,our country is also a multi-ethnic country.Under such a big environment,there are more and more contacts between our ethnic groups in terms of economy and culture.The economy of the Xinjiang region is very underdeveloped and the educational system is backward,which leads to the widening of the gap between Xinjiang and the mainland of China.The geographical environment in Xinjiang is quite different from that in the inland cities.The main inhabitants are the people of the minority nationalities.So the problem of education in Xinjiang is mainly the cultivation of minority talents.The education of ethnic minority teachers and students is an important part of the national comprehensive development education.It is also the most important part of developing education in Xinjiang.Since 1949,in order to promote the development of basic education in Xinjiang,the party and the state have introduced a series of training and training policies that are conducive to the development of education in Xinjiang.Based on these reasons,it is of great significance to study the content of teachers' post service training policy in Xinjiang's basic education.On the one hand,it is conducive to the overall quality level of Xinjiang's ethnic minority people,and on the other hand,it can promote the common solidarity of all nationalities in China.This paper uses the professional education policy analysis theory and method,in recent years in Xinjiang area elementary education teacher training policy carried out a detailed analysis and combing,analysis of the current Xinjiang area elementary education teacher training policy of the current situation and existing problems,some suggestions are put forward in the Xinjiang area elementary education teacher training policy.This study includes the following:Chapter one,introduction.This chapter mainly explains the proposal of the problem,the purpose and content of the research,journals reviewed,research meaning,research methods and ideas.To provide the basis for constructing the basic teacher training policy standard in Xinjiang.The second chapter,the theoretical research on the post job training policy analysis of Xinjiang basic education teachers.This chapter focuses on defining the concepts related to this research,and summarizes the theories related to this research,and formulating the logical framework supporting this research,providing theoretical basis for this study.The third chapter,the status quo analysis of the text content of the post vocational training policy of Xinjiang basic education teachers.This chapter is a textual interpretation of the basic education teacher training policy published in Xinjiang in recent years.The text content is analyzed from five aspects: training subjects,training objects,training contents,training expense and training evaluation.The fourth chapter is the analysis of the existing problems in the text of the post vocational training policy of Xinjiang basic education teachers.This chapter mainly analyzes the texts of related education policies through the logical framework of teachers' post training in Xinjiang's basic education,and finds out the problems existing in the text of teachers' post training policy in basic education in Xinjiang.The fifth chapter is the suggestion of the content of the post vocational training policy of Xinjiang basic education teachers.Aiming at the problems existing in the current training policies of basic education teachers in Xinjiang,this paper puts forward some policy and non policy recommendations for improving the content of basic education teachers' post service training policy in Xinjiang.
