| Nowadays,teacher education develop so far in Sinkiang Uygur Autonomou s Region,it has made great achievement.With the progress of science and techn ology in Sinkiang and the intensification of social competition,the quantity an d quality of talent cultivation are in urgent need of improvement.In order to i mprove the quality of talent cultivation,the importance of teacher training is i ncreasingly prominent.The construction of a reasonable policy system for teache r pr-service training is not only an urgent need for teacher professional develo pment,but also an important subject of teacher education research in Sinkiang.In order to explore the pr-service training policy of Sinkiang basic education te achers,this study takes the analysis theory of professional education policy as the theoretical basis and analysis tool,comprehensively summarizes and reflects on the current policy situation,and gives suggestions on improving the policy content of Sinkiang basic education teachers’ pr-service training from five dim ensions.This study(in addition to the conclusion)is divided into five parts.By defining the relevant concepts,this study establishes the content analysis standard of Sinkiang basic education teachers’ pr-service training policy,constructs the theoretical framework of policy analysis,analyzes the problems existing in its policy content,and tries to put forward some suggestions to perfect its policy content.Through the research,it is beneficial to enrich the theory of policy content research on pr-service training of basic education teachers in Sinkiang,and to improve the research level of its policy content.In order to provide reference and basis for the future research on the policy content of pr-service training for basic education teachers. |
