Internship training is the most distinctive way to cultivate students' practical ability in higher vocational colleges.It is also a concrete manifestation of realizing and strengthening school-enterprise cooperation and close contact with enterprises.The internal internship training system in higher vocational colleges is the source of the way to ensure the quality of students' practice during school.It is an important carrier for higher vocational colleges to serve students and serve the society and promote the coordinated and sustainable development of social economy.However,there are still many problems in the internal internship training system of higher vocational colleges.There are some factors such as lack of elements or imperfect elements.For example,the internship organization system is imperfect,resulting in poor implementation of the system.Another example is that the system formulated in the process of training management is not standardized,resulting in low utilization rate of training equipment and declining quality of students' practice.Insufficient institutional content will affect the implementation of the system,and the lack of institutional guarantees for student internship training will be difficult to sustain.The comprehensiveness,scientificity,and operability of the content of the internship training system have a self-evident significance for improving the quality of personnel training.This paper takes the internship training system of 9 higher vocational colleges in Liaoning Province as a sample,and analyzes the objectives,objects and measures of the content of the internship training system by using the policy content analysis method.Firstly,it explores the relevant theoretical basis for establishing the content of the internal practice training system in higher vocational colleges.It mainly includes the content analysis theory of education policy,stakeholder theory,goal management theory and system theory.On the basis of four theoretical support,The content analysis of the internship training system in higher vocational colleges explores the rational path.Secondly,the texts of the internship training system of higher vocational colleges are collected and examined.Under the support of the policy content analysis theory,the contents of the internship training system are sorted out from the three aspects of objectives,objects and measures.Once again,through the establishment ofstandards for the analysis of the content of the internship training system in higher vocational colleges,in the process of analysis,it is measured whether the system content is comprehensive,systematic,scientific and innovative.From the three aspects of objectives,objects and measures,what problems exist in the content of the internship training system.Finally,aiming at the problems existing in the content of the internal internship training system in higher vocational colleges,it puts forward reasonable suggestions on the content of the internship training system from the three aspects of objectives,objects and measures.The innovation of this paper is to use the method of policy content analysis to study the contents of two important practical teaching systems of internship training,find out that the system content is not comprehensive,and put forward reasonable suggestions,which has certain enlightenment for enriching institutional content research.
