Law cultivation is a basic quality necessary for every qualified citizen.The requirement is also advocated in the fourth plenary session of the 18 th CPC central committee: "Adherence to the rule of law and the rule of virtue".After the principle of the full implementation of the country in accordance with the law,its importance has also been raised to a new historical height.Senior high school is a critical period to cultivate the rights and obligations and their legal consciousness of students in senior high school.Therefore,the cultivation of students' legal consciousness in this stage is of great importance to both the individual and the future development of the country and society.Ideological and political courses play an irreplaceable role in training senior high school students' legal consciousness.The cultivation of students' legal consciousness is an important goal in the course of ideological and political teaching,which can contribute to the construction of the rule of law in China.In September 2016,the official launches "The core literacy of Chinese students' development" which shows that Chinese students should have to distinguish between right and wrong,has a rule and the rule of law consciousness,perform the duty of citizens rational exercise of the rights of citizens,advocate freedom and equality,safeguard the core quality of social fairness and justice from bear responsibility,innovation of practice and the specific point,which also fully reflects the necessity of cultivating senior high school students' law cultivation.Through the study and analysis of the teaching activities in senior high school ideological and political lessons,which found many problems,such as not paying attention to the cultivation of student's law cultivation,not providing a legal knowledge used in the process of teaching practice,teachers are not good at using legal closely logical thinking carding and preparing the teaching content,eventually students can't properly use legal means to analyze and solve problems.The cause of these phenomena have a lot of ways,mainly displays that the teacher not pay attention to the cultivation of students' citizen consciousness,the teaching method is single,and not give students legal knowledge of practice combined with the student's real life.At present,many scholars are involved in this problem in the research process,and try to find out the solution,but the literature currently available shows a lot of articles studying the legal consciousness.There is a great difference between law cultivation and legal consciousness in this paper.This paper not only emphasizes the formation of middle school students' legal consciousness is of great significance,but also emphasizes that the senior high school students will integrate this legal concept into social practice,learning to guide practice with legal knowledge.Another scholars discussing the teaching activities in senior high school Ideological and political lessons rarely combined with the study of senior high school students' law cultivation.The literature relying on the ideological and political class to cultivate the students' legal quality is less.Although a few researchers involved in it,they just speak generally and not study deeply.This paper elaborates that the senior high school ideological and political lessons teaching and student law cultivation training has the close relation from the teaching content,teaching aim,teaching method,and then summarizes the problems in training students' law cultivation in senior high school ideological and political lessons teaching,including: the lack of senior high school students' citizen consciousness,the lack of the practical application of law cultivation in teaching methods and teaching process.Finally,in order to cultivate the students' legal quality in the senior high school Ideological and political lessons teaching,there are three ways as follows.Firstly,the Instructor should do a good job of law cultivation education to teachers in higher normal universities and senior high schools.Second,the teacher should cultivate the students' legal consciousness based on practice.Finally,the teacher should adopt diversified teaching methods,combining with the practice of students' life experience in school,paying attention to build classroom activities with legal knowledge,creating teaching situation to cultivate students law cultivation in the senior high school ideological and political lessons teaching.Through the study of the necessity of training students' legal quality,the existing problems and countermeasures in the senior high school ideological and political lessons teaching,the author hopes that the study can offer reference to guide the teaching in the senior high school ideological and political lessons for cultivating students' law cultivation.
