Senior high school ideological and political course is an activity-based subject course combining theoretical knowledge with life practice.Through classroom teaching,students develop practical ability on the basis of mastering subject knowledge.At present,the classroom does not really effectively enable students to grasp the subject knowledge and effectively improve students' social participation ability.Critical thinking ability is a key ability for students to learn.To cultivate critical thinking ability of students is conducive to help students master discipline knowledge in open thinking and independent thinking,enhance students' ability to combine theory with practice,and thus improve their ability to participate in modern social life.However,under the influence of outdated teaching concepts and backward teaching methods,students are too passive in learning,lack independent thinking and in-depth analysis,and fail to master efficient learning methods.Teachers attach importance to imparts theoretical knowledge in class,fail to design classroom activities such as questions and discussions,and neglect the cultivation of students' critical thinking ability.Therefore,on the basis of a comprehensive understanding of the current situation of the cultivation of students'critical thinking ability in senior high school ideological and Political class,this paper analyzes the existing problems and causes of the cultivation of students' critical thinking ability in senior high school ideological and political class from multiple perspectives,and puts forward effective methods to cultivate students' critical thinking ability in combination with teaching practice.This paper explores the cultivation methods of high school students' critical thinking ability in ideological and political lessons,and expounds the value of cultivation of students' critical thinking ability on the basis of defining the connotation of critical thinking ability.By means of empirical investigation,this paper has learned that there are some problems in the cultivation of students' critical thinking ability in senior high school ideological and political class,such as students' insufficient understanding of senior high school ideological and political class,teachers' failure to break through the barriers of traditional teaching concepts,and the failure to create a good critical atmosphere.Finally,from the perspective of students' transformation of traditional way of thinking,teachers' innovation of teaching methods and diversified teaching evaluation,home-school building speculative atmosphere and so on,this paper proposes the methods of cultivating students' critical ability,so as to provide practical reference for the effective cultivation of students' critical ability in the ideological and political courses of senior high school.
