At present,China has entered the stage of decisive victory in building a well-off society in an all-round way.The cause of socialism with Chinese characteristics has entered a new period of historical development.The country has become stronger and the requirements for social governance have been continuously improved.The rule of law has become a new requirement for the modernization of socialist governance in China and a common belief of the Chinese people.Therefore,China pursues the goal of achieving a comprehensive rule of law and building a country ruled by law.High school students are the reserve talents for the future development of China,and shoulder the heavy responsibility of building a socialist country ruled by law.They are required to enable high school students to establish a firm belief in governing the country according to law and cultivate a sense of the rule of law.The cultivation of juvenile rule of law consciousness cannot be guided and cultivated by education,and the ideological and political curric ulum shoulders this important task.The consciousness of the rule of law is the core accomplishment of the ideological and political discipline.Cultivating students' rule of law emotion,rule of law character and rule of law behavior ability is the curriculum goal that must be realized in the high school ideological and political curriculum.The new curriculum reform of the ideological and political discipline is now in full swing.Teaching faces new curriculum standards,literacy-oriented curriculum objectives,textbooks that keep pace with the times,and rich evaluation content.How to better promote the cultivation of the awareness of the rule of law is worthy of further studyUnder the guidance of the adolescent rule of law education syllabus,based on the 2017 edition of the high school ideological and political curriculum standards,the first is to use the literature research method to sort out the status quo of domestic and foreign literature research,and to clarify the theory of the cultivation of the rule of law consciousness in the teaching of high school ideological and political courses.Combining the requirements of high school ideological and political courses to cultivate students' awareness of the rule of law,it defines the related concepts and components of the rule of law consciousness,and analyzes the main contents of the rule of law education of high school students after the new curriculum reform and the era of the rule of law consciousness teaching in the high school ideological and political courses in the new era value.Secondly,through questionnaires and interviews,we can understand the current situation of high school students' awareness of the rule of law.Based on the status quo,we analyze the achievements,problems and causes of the current high school students' awareness of the rule of law.Finally,on the basis of theory and teaching practice,it puts forward specific countermeasures for how to better cultivate students' awareness of law in the teaching of high school ideological and political courses,and proposes to improve teachers' rule of law literacy,improve teachers' ability of rule of law teaching,and strengthen students' rule of law practice,to build a scientific evaluation system to promote the cultivation of students' awareness of the rule of law.
