| In the tide of “mandarin fever”,the Chinese education in the form of elective courses almost covers the primary and secondary schools in Thailand.And with the Chinese teaching of the primary education stage in Thailand has been continuously deepened,more and more schools have set up Chinese professional classes in the high school stage,and the Songkhla schools are no exception.It’s a fact that the Chinese language learning in high school plays an important role for students to learn Chinese.At the same time,we should also place high importance on Chinese teaching in high school.This paper will research the Chinese language teaching in high school in Songkhla,Thailand from two aspects,investigation and research on the overall macro status of Chinese teaching one hand and the investigation and research on the micro current situation of Chinese classroom teaching in high school on the other.On the basis of the analysis of the survey data,it is found that the overall development of Chinese teaching in high school in Songkhla is favorable,each school has an encouraging attitude towards the develpoment of Chinese teaching,schools gradually raise awareness of chinese curriculum management,the curriculum is moving forword in the direction of diversification,Chinese teachers are responsible,students are passionate about learning Chinese.But there are still some problems that need to be improved while the Chinese teaching of high schools in Songkhla is flourishing,which includes the lack of teaching syllabus,the lack of uniform standards in curriculum,the lack of teaching materials for special skill training course,the language inadequacy of Chinese teachers and poor internal motivation of Chinese learners,etc.Therefore,the strategies for improving the Chinese curriculum are proposed: schools should pay more attention to the Chinese teaching in high school,formulate a unified syllabus;the Chinese teachers should further enhance their language level and improve the teaching methods;the Chinese learners should correct their learning attitude and do more practice.At the same time,the teaching strategies for Chinese classroom pronunciation,vocabulary,grammar and Chinese characters are as follows: teachers should always adhere to the principle of "student centered",attach great importance to the teaching of phonetics,grasp the key points of the phonetics teaching accurately,highlight the key vocabularies,pay attention to the combination of vocabulary teaching and morpheme teaching,be good at teaching vocabularies in the context,combine the setting of the scene,use the question and answer method to carry out the grammar teaching and try to use the teaching mode of "Chinese division"(that means Chinese characters and language are taught separately)to carry on the Chinese character teaching.Finally,the feasibility of the proposed teaching strategies is evaluated by showing teaching examples.As a result,a good feedback from students is received and the teaching effect is remarkable. |
