The Establishment Of Safety Education And Training Management System For Laboratory In Universities

There are many differences between the functions of university laboratories,the distribution of materials and energy varies from each other.It involves many types of personnel,large mobility,and complex security situation,which make the safety management of university laboratories difficult.The main object of safety management for university laboratories are unsafe acts of people and material insecurity.Through the analysis of two types of risk factors in the laboratory environment,the safety information management of university laboratories is strengthened from both the human and material aspects.The safety awareness of experiment staff will get improved and the safety management measures for laboratories will be refine.Through analyzing risk factors of the unsafe state of things in university laboratories,the method of Energy Source Analysis was introduced based on energy accidental release theory.The energy source safety risk analysis method for an analytical testing laboratory based on Energy Source Analysis was established by analyzing the characteristics of laboratories,determining the unit,identifying the energy source and analyzing the risk,the detailed management measures were proposed according to the results of analysis and identification.The feasibility of Energy Source Analysis method was verified.Through analyzing the risk factors of unsafe behaviors of human in university laboratories,the safety education and training management system for laboratory in universities that integrates online learning,online examination,and training assessment in trinity was designed,which combines online self-study,self-test,and offline practical skills assessment.With the exist of university laboratories safety examination system,the functional tests were performed on the system by logging in to the system with different users and test reports was generated for administrators,teachers,and students by using Java based on the MySQL database and the MyEclipse platform.The user login and training assessment function modules in the system arebasically implemented after testing,and it met the requirements of design and management application.The safety education and training management system for laboratory in universities had been applied to 2016 graduate students.The results show that the system had achieved the targets of reducing the actual operational error rate of college students,which prove the system was feasible and effective in practical applications.The information technical means are provided for students that can examine the mastery of laboratory safety knowledge and skills truly and comprehensively.
