Since entering this century,as the country to the increase of education investment business,colleges and universities enter the stage of rapid development.In the development process,laboratory safety accident appears constantly,bringing to the national property and experiment personnel's health and safety greatly challenge.So we must improve the level of laboratory safety management,to ensure the safe and smooth operation of the laboratory.This study comprehensively summarizes the characteristics of petroleum college laboratory safety and site conditions in the laboratory,analyzing the potential of the various security hidden danger and the shortcomings in the course of colleges and universities laboratory safety management work.Thus put forward how to scientific and effective laboratory hazards identification.Aiming at the particularity of laboratory safety and management,taking safety check list method of identification,laboratory safety risk identification can be quickly and efficiently.This method applies to a wide range of security checks,also can be used for laboratory inspection.This method is suitable for the laboratory safety management professionals and the general staff.In the face of laboratory safety risks,how to establish effective laboratory safety management system is the key of the laboratory safety management work.Through Occupation Health Safety Management System introduced to the laboratory safety management work in colleges and universities,a complete laboratory safety management system is established.Set up three levels of file system,including management manual,program files and records.On management system,management responsibilities and resource management,finding out the effective way and the management of laboratory safety and methods,and carrying out informationization construction of laboratory safety management.College laboratory safety management work for the future research are prospected.
