| Laboratory is an important place for teaching and scientific research in colleges and universities,and it is also the place where safety accidents happen easily.In recent years,there are many safety accidents in laboratories in colleges and universities,which seriously threaten the life safety and health of teachers and students.How to effectively identify and control laboratory safety risks in advance,check and control laboratory safety risks,so as to move forward the pass,prevent accidents,prevent and reduce the occurrence of laboratory safety accidents,has become an important research topic of great concern to many universities.This paper studies the construction and application of dual prevention system in university laboratory.Firstly,the research status and progress of domestic and foreign university laboratories in related fields are analyzed and summarized.Then,the basic principles,main contents,implementation procedures and methods and steps of the dual prevention system are analyzed,and the risk classification control system and hidden trouble investigation and management system are studied in detail.And on this basis,the double prevention mechanism used in the laboratory safety management work of colleges and universities,through laboratory in colleges and universities to the risk of hidden perils in hierarchical control and governance,build a scientific and feasible university laboratory double prevention system,on this basis,combined with modern information technology,developed the information management system of university laboratory double prevention system platform,Taking Henan Polytechnic University as an example,the practical application research is carried out.The platform system design based on B/S network architecture,with the help of two languages as HTML and PHP front-end and back-end development language,design research including lab risk grading control platform,hidden dual prevention management platform,news management,information management platform,and applies the WAMP double prevention information management platform software design interface and simulation was implemented.The application results show that the system can make laboratory safety prevention management more scientific and institutionalized,and promote the level of laboratory safety prevention management significantly.Finally,the possible problems in the construction of the current laboratory double prevention system are analyzed in order to provide reference for the construction of laboratory safety management in domestic universities. |
