Objective: by comparing the difference of the competitive level of volleyball players anddifferent position of aerobic, anaerobic capacity, to explore the characteristics of elite femalevolleyball athletes aerobic, anaerobic capacity, objective, accurate assessment and monitoringof the athletes body function and training effect, to provide an important theoretical value andpractical significance for the guidance of college volleyball players training and arrange thetraining plan etc.Research methods: in order to participate in the National Women’s Volleyball League33elite female volleyball athletes as objects, using the treadmill and ergometer instrument, thesubjects were the oxygen increasing load and30smaximum limit load movement, during thetest were recorded athletes aerobic capacity related power, power and gas the blood lactic acidand anaerobic capacity and blood lactic acid, and the changes of biochemical indexes in eachstage of the athlete physiology, analysis and summary.Research results: through increasing the athletes aerobic exercise process VO2max, HR,BLA, Pmax, anaerobic lactate threshold index variation, various position of the displayvolleyball athletes aerobic capacity has significant difference; through the dynamic regularityof athlete’smaximum limit exercise process PP, AP, PD, BLA, display anaerobic the abilityof different position of volleyball athletes have significant differences.
