Study On The Difficulties And Solutions Of Calisthenics Practical Teaching

With the continuous development and progress of China’s sports cause,people’s attitude towards sports is also changing.Calisthenics is an aerobic exercise that can make body and mind happy with music accompaniment.In order to meet the needs of the development of modern society,the school also attaches great importance to the practical teaching of calisthenics.However,there are some problems in talent training,which make the practical teaching level of aerobics students cannot meet the needs of the society and cannot complete the job well.This article mainly from the current situation and experience of before,organized the training way to effectively combine both at home and abroad,to promote the quality of the modern education,to explore the approaches to resolve the current practice teaching dilemma,in order to promote aerobics special students can adapt to the development of the society to lay the foundation.This paper USES the literature material method,interview method,methods of questionnaire survey and observation,such as difficulties and resolve ways in aerobics teaching practice of in-depth study,by collecting relevant data and documents,the system analyzed the practical difficulties and the causes of common colleges and universities aerobics teaching,find a foothold of this study,adhere to students’ development as the center of educational philosophy,explore to contend with social competition of aerobics of cultivating applied talents with high quality.Through research,it is concluded that(1)Practice teaching should change the concept and further improve the understanding of aerobics practice.(2)Pay attention to the teaching practice of education in aerobics to improve the quality of education.(3)To strengthen the practice teaching link,the cultivation of aerobics ability should be carried out throughout the practice teaching.(4)To improve the sports skills of students majoring in calisthenics through the teaching method of promoting exercise through competition.(5)Make full use of the combination of the first class and the second class to improve the practical teaching.(6)Take the road of school-enterprise cooperation and expand the channels of aerobics practice teaching.
