With our country higher education reform and development As well as the"people-oriented"、" ability oriented education "、" health first" education idea Oureducational circles and the sports community of common college public physicaleducation curriculum implementation of the teaching model of the defects have acertain understanding, current our country school physical education curriculumimplementation of this teaching mode has been seriously neglected students’individual psychological development and individual differences. Effacement ofmeans and purpose, subject and curriculum essential differences between, greatlyrestricting students’ subjective initiative and consciousness of initiative. It also affectsthe sports curriculum function, a waste of valuable material and human resources.This paper puts forward a kind of new teaching mode of self-regulated cooperativeand inquiry teaching model to meet the demand of physical education reform. Theindependent-cooperation-inquiry teaching model, to break the inherent thinking andtraditional mode to manacle, establish a new college public physical educationcurriculum guidance idea and practice pattern, the college public physical educationcurriculum from form to content get student ’s identity, and willing to participate, socomprehensive, effectively implementation of physical education curriculum selfvalue.This article uses the literature material law, questionnaire, teaching experiment,and other research methods to Changsha University of Science and Technology, headof the school and biochemical College of120students as the subjects, the CollegeAerobics Class in using learning–Cooperation–Exploration teaching mode offeasibility analysis and research.The experimental results show that:(1) in the aerobics teaching in theindependent cooperative and inquiry teaching method, the students’ learningmotivation and confidence grows is superior to the traditional teaching method;(2) inthe aerobics teaching in the independent cooperative and inquiry teaching method, thestudent demonstration ability, organization ability and team action explain and guide learning language and compiling the action ability is superior to the traditionalteaching pattern;(3) in the aerobics teaching in the independent cooperative andinquiry teaching method on students’ self-study, innovation ability and professionalquality level is superior to the traditional teaching mode;(4) in the aerobics teachingin the independent cooperative and inquiry teaching method on students’ academicachievement, and the comprehensive result is superior to the traditional teachingmode, further confirmed in aerobics teaching self regulated cooperative teachingmethod is practical and effective.
