This article takes LH's annual load training for the LAAF World Championships in Beijing in 2015 as the research object.By using the method of literature,mathematical statistics and tracking observation,it analyses the load structure characteristics of LH's annual training for the LAAF World Championships in Beijing.The study found that based on the thought of "M" training concept as preparations for the world major competition,Coach Sandro Damilano had focused on the World Championships trials and the finals.During the preparation stage,long distance aerobic training is the main way of training,supplemented by anaerobic threshold training.During the special preparation stage,long distance aerobic training is the main way of training,supplemented by VO2 max training,anaerobic threshold training and lactic acid training.During the pre preparation stage,anaerobic threshold training is the main way of training,supplemented by VO2 max training and lactic acid training.There are two altitude trainings in the annual training for the LAAF World Championships.One was held in November,2014,aiming to strengthen the ability of aerobic metabolism;and the other was held in July,2015,aiming to stimulate the body to strengthen the anti hypoxia ability and be prepared for the formation of the best pre-game.LH also participated in the non-key games to achieve the aim of competition for training and increase the ability of anaerobic metabolism and to adapt to next month's heavy load training.
