With the accelerating reform of pre-school education,kindergarten teachers' treatment policy is an integral part of the personnel system.System reforms are directly related to teachers' self-realization.Fundamentally speaking,the kindergarten teacher treatment policy should reflect the role of incentives,and must fully reflect the value of the work of teachers.Kindergarten teacher treatment must be closely integrated with policies and constantly updated and deepened.In view of the fact that the kindergarten teacher treatment policy in our country has failed to accurately reflect the factors such as the labor value of teachers,the study of kindergarten teachers' treatment policy is of urgency and reality.From the perspective of the analysis of educational policy content,this study examines the preschool teachers' entitlement policy and is divided into six parts.First,through the compilation and summarization of policy documents and literature on national macro-level preschool teachers' treatment policies,we have clarified the origin of research and Secondly,the research ideas and methods were clarified.Thirdly,we have sorted out the texts and normative content of kindergarten teachers' treatment policy,and outlined the aspects of who implemented it,who implemented it,why it was implemented,how it was implemented,and how it was guaranteed.Fourth,the specific criteria for the analysis of the content of preschool teachers' treatment policy are constructed.Fifth,the problems existing in the content of preschool teachers' treatment policy are analyzed.Sixth,perfect suggestions are proposed to improve the preschool teachers' treatment policy text.Research indicates:1.This study uses text analysis and interviews to study the text of the teacher treatment policy and the analysis of the normative content: In the education legal text and the education policy text,there are a total of 21 policies concerning the policy for the treatment of teachers.The policy content includes teacher salaries,preparation,Titles,housing,medical care,allowances,subsidies,incentives,foundations,and other benefits.Who implements the term refers to the country and the administrative department of education;who implements generally refers to national public kindergarten teachers and teachers in remote rural areas;the scope of private teachers is small;the main reason for implementation is the instability of the teaching staff to stabilize the teaching staff and guarantee preschool education.The steady development of quality;implementation is mainly focused on formulating systems,mechanisms and standards in the policy.Protection is reflected in supporting financial measures and other supporting measures.2.This study uses the comparative analysis method and text analysis method to construct the standard of theoretical and factual aspects of the analysis of the content of the preschool teacher treatment policy.Through the analysis of the theoretical standards to clarify the preschool teacher treatment policy for the educational detection theory and teacher treatment policy theory,the factual standards include the assumptions,treatment and sanctions in the educational legal norms,the policy objectives,objects and measures in the education policy.Based on the above results,based on the theoretical framework of education policy,the researcher analyzed that there are also deficiencies in the current teacher treatment policy.It can improve the legal "three elements" of kindergarten teacher treatment policy,determine the policy objectives,clarify the policy object,improve the policy safeguard measures,etc.Aspects of improvement and improvement.
