The transformation and development of universities is the macro orientation of structural reform of supply side of China's higher education,and to train a large number of applied high-level professionals for national strategic tasks and local economic development.The key to successful transformation is to build applied teachers.Facing the serious homogenization of university system,the uniform system is not suitable for the professional development of applied teachers.In order to enhance the initiative and enthusiasm of teachers to improve their practical ability,universities in transition should comprehensively carry out institutional innovation.Teachers' professional development to make the development of the target,in the construction of teachers,focusing on the training of "double double" teachers to meet the senior technical talents of the demand for education,professional development and the establishment of the concept of innovation system and mechanism innovation for teacher professional development and promote the development of teachers.The first chapter expounds the direction and motivation of teachers' professional development in transitional universities,and points out the overall significance of teachers' professional development in transitional universities.From the four parts of the problem,the significance of the topic,the literature review and the research methods and ideas,this paper makes a macro overview of the transformation of College Teachers' professional development from the perspective of institutional innovation;the second chapter expounds the theoretical basis for the professional development of the teachers in the transformation of colleges and universities,and expounds the theoretical basis for the professional development of the teachers in the transformation of colleges and universities.The document analysis method expounds the connotation of teachers' professional development in the transition University,expounds the stage theory of teachers' professional development in the transformation of colleges and universities,and further discusses the theoretical basis and policy basis.The third chapter,through a questionnaire survey to the case school teachers,understands the present situation of the professional development of the case school teachers and the existing problems.The fourth chapter,through the questionnaire of the present situation of the innovation of the teacher professional development system of the case school,expounds the institutional dilemma of the professional development of the teachers in the transition University,analyzes the difficulties of the teachers at different stages,and finds the short board of the system innovation in the case school.The fifth chapter puts forward the corresponding system path design for the above system predicament.This paper mainly selects the hot issues of teachers' professional development in transitional universities after the transformation of local higher education institutions.Through a variety of research methods,such as document research,case study and comparative study,this paper analyzes the problems of teachers' professional development in Colleges and universities in many angles and dimensions,and investigates the current situation of its development and the dilemma of teachers' professional development,so as to understand the present status of the innovation of teachers' professional development and the system of teacher professional development.Through the questionnaire survey method and interview method,the teachers' professional development needs are understood.In view of the practical difficulties of the case school teachers' professional development,the innovation path of the teacher professional development system is rationalized.
