With the advent of the knowledge economy,the surge in knowledge and rapid flow of information technology has had a huge impact on college teachers,especially for new teachers who are at the beginning of their careers.By combing the theories of teachers' professional development stage and related theories of SECI knowledge conversion theory,it is found that novice teachers in colleges and universities are knowledge-centered throughout professional development,and their professional development issues are related to knowledge management.Decided that the knowledge management of novice teachers in colleges and universities must be aimed at achieving the sustainable professional development of novice teachers in colleges and universities,improving the high-quality professional qualities of teachers in colleges and universities,and ensuring the development of all-round talent training in higher education.Therefore,it is reasonable to introduce knowledge management behavior to promote the professional development of novice teachers in colleges and universities.Based on the above concepts,the operational dilemma of knowledge management for novice teachers in colleges and universities is explained from the three dimensions of organization,group and individual.The map analyzes the causes of knowledge management and other issues,from organizational behavior,social psychology and educational ecology.In view of the operational difficulties of novice teachers' knowledge management in colleges and universities,firstly,knowledge management is precisely positioned in colleges and universities,and secondly,knowledge sharing is advocated among teachers.Novice teachers in colleges and universities attach importance to self-management of knowledge,and finally achieve the purpose of professional development of novice teachers in colleges and universities.
