In case work,the establishment of professional relationships is the basis for the achievement of aid goals for individual casework,especially in the case of elderly cases.The dynamic nature of professional relationships is an important characteristic of professional relationships.It not only includes the interaction between social workers and service objects in terms of psychology and attitude,but also represents the phased development of the entire professional relationship.Therefore,through the study of the dynamic performance of professional relationships,the author tries to solve the problem that the workers have problems with the establishment of professional relationships,resulting in problems such as questioning,distrust,empathy,etc.The operational data created by the relationship more accurately captures the rhythm of the establishment of professional relationships.The author takes the practice of the H senior apartment as an example,and uses the literature method,interview method,and observation method to study 14 subjects.Among them,three elderly people were engaged in five case work services,and three senior citizens and eight social workers were interviewed to collect detailed information on the establishment of professional relationships.Then,it introduces the process and methods of H's senior apartment's practice,and then briefly describes the two phases of service content in the establishment of a professional relationship,summarizes the performance of the client's problems,and proposes a coping style.Finally,the author reflects on the establishment of the entire professional relationship.The main conclusions of this study are as follows: The dynamic performance of professional relationships is divided into two phases,namely,the initial and the formation phase of professional relationships.In the initial stage of establishing a professional relationship,workers need to prepare relevant knowledge and interview outlines,introduce themselves,introduce services,and collect information.There may be problems with involuntary,questioning,over-expectation,and psychological protection of the client.During the professional relationship formation period,workers need to prepare for needs analysis,target design,work plans,service review,information collection,and provision of specific services.During the process,you may encounter issues such as service object control topics,negative emotions,low sense of identity,and empathy,and put forward workers' response suggestions for problem performance.
