Problems of elderly people with disabilities continue to emerge as the increasing number of them, and also arouse more and more concern of the society. Elderly people with disabilities are vulnerable groups, with dual attributes of elderly and handicapped, and they need the support and help of people from all walks of life.Owing to the elderly people with disabilities are marginalized groups of society, and in the state of the right loss, so their various needs can’t be meet and they lack the ability to integrate resources. The problem of the elderly people with disabilities emergence is not simply the responsibility of individual and the family, but also the responsibility of the society. The carrying out of the elderly disabled persons social work to address the elderly caused by loss of rights individual, family and social problems, to restore the social functions of the group to promote the harmonious development of the family and society plays a very important role.The study takes the disabled elderly as the research object, using the method of case study interviews and observation, analysis and research of Hengli Town elderly disabled status, the demand and the disabled elderly social work problems. According to the service object with social support in different subjects, selects two kinds of research objects, and the case service is divided into two modes:one with the family on the disabled elderly case, the other based on the community elderly disabled case.
