A Research On “National Quality Framework” Of Preschool Education In Australia

National Quality Framework is an important part of the Australian preschool educational guarantee system.It is a vital standard to measure Australian preschool educational quality accreditation,quality management and quality assessment.At present,preschool education in China is at a critical stage from scale expansion to quality improvement.Therefore,bringing in National Quality Framework of Australian preschool and analyzing its historical background as well as its realistic subjects are of great practical significance to the construction of education quality framework for preschool education in China.This research used literature research methods,historical research methods and comparative research methods.Basing on the analysis of National Quality Framework,this research focused on its generation and implementation background,and we analyzed its historical motivation.And then,a general discussion of the content and standards which was referred to the framework was conducted from the perspective of the structure,content and characteristics of the preschool educational National Quality Framework.Basing on the issues presented during the implementation of the National Quality Framework for preschool education,combining with the current rapid development of preschool education in China,this research summarized some inspirations of the Australian National Preschool Framework for Quality Education in preschool education.The research believed that setting comprehensive courses which are in line with children's physical and mental development characteristics,building games and ethic centered teaching plans,reinforcing preschool educational legislative protection and perfecting preschool educational quality evaluation system are of great benefit to the rapid and good development of Chinese preschool education.
